This app has brought such joy and smiles to my little one. The only thing that I didn’t like was that she never received and message from Santa.

Excelente aplicación, felicidades. Sería genial que Santa pudiera pronunciar cualquier nombre que se capture, ya que el de uno de mis hijos NO lo pronuncia.

This app brought so much joy to our youngest daughter (8y/o). She has special needs and this was the first Christmas (2017) that concept of Christmas and the magic of Santa really made sense to her. She was brave and sat on Santa’s lap and spoke with him. The video’s that we were able to create we SO special to her and she still speaks of them/him with joy and fondness. The ability to personalize the videos and to create several videos and calls was beyond the value of the extra cost to upgrade the app! Thank you! We didn’t experience any glitches or mistakes/“bugs”. It was easy to maneuver and to create! There are lots of great variations to consider. The only option that I wish were available is to create a video for multiple children. We have a 14 y/o and an 18 y/o who isn’t living at home, but our 14 y/o is very special to our youngest and the videos would have been even more exciting if the videos could have been adjusted to add her sister in it and have it personalized to both girls. With that. Wing said, we were able to add her sisters picture into the videos, so that was a nice option, but we couldn’t make it so that Santa recognized both girls in one video..if that makes sense.

Refund please

I downloaded this app and was looking forward to using it, but I can’t get a video to be created and played for any of my children. We have experienced one Santa call. I would like a refund if possible please.it is almost Christmas Eve and there has been no Santa anything from this app. Also when making a video the phone glitches right at the end and goes to the home screen so you have to start again.

All other apps I tried wouldn’t even allow me to use my child’s name without paying. The quality on PNP IS GREAT! They don’t charge for the basics which was awesome! Considering purchasing the upgrade just for them not trying to rip their customers off! Keep up the awesome work!

App Crashes

I’ve used this app for years and pay for premium. Love the app and what it does, but this year it continuously crashes and I cannot get a video made.

App got substantially worse over previous years

Loading pictures of the app completely crashes over and over again. These videos sometimes take upwards of 15 minutes to put together. You upload your photos from your phone to the app. On multiple times as I was putting in the final photos the App just crashed. And sometimes I went back four or five times to start over. The one video, that normally should take 10 to 15 minutes, ended up taking me 45 minutes to complete. Very frustrating. I have been using this app for five years now and this is by far the worst has ever been
