Was Great, but then....

This was a great app but in the last update, someone had the brainy idea to give feedback when taking a photo of a check. During the deposit check capture, the phone vibrates just as the photo is taken. This causes the photo to be blurry! The app then rejects the photo because "it's too blurry"!!! Now in the latest version they have eliminated the search feature. This app just keeps getting worse and worse. Version after version, none of the complaints have been addressed. And now it asks me if I’d like to rank the app EVERY TIME I USE IT!

I think it’s ridiculous to offer immediate access to funds for a $5.00 Fee! Otherwise I have to wait 2 business days. I’m depositing a PNC Check into a PNC Account! So you want to charge me $5.00 to access MY MONEY? Wow!!!

Needs work, not as easy to use and I don’t like being charged to have access to my money. It’s not a new deposit same company I have had for years, never had a single issue with the checks.
It’s a video game wannabe now

The new update made the app less user friendly adding several steps to each task. If I’m banking on my phone it means I don’t have time to navigate screen to screen. Too many moving parts in different directions. Bring back to basics
