Mobile Deposit Availability

The funds availability is a feature that allows you to pay 2% of the check amount with immediate availability. It would be wonderful if you could actually use it...several times now the feature has failed and not offered what it’s supposed to. I foresee another class action lawsuit coming!
Frustrating errors

The concept of online deposits is fantastic in theory. I’ve been using this function for many months. The problem is that it doesn’t recognize different handwriting patterns. I continue to get an error message that the amount doesn’t match. It is soooo frustrating and time consuming!

App has too many unnecessary animated transitions as you navigate around the app. Mobile deposit auto capture doesn’t wait for check to be in focus before taking photo. The online banking website is also primitive compared to Bank of America, which I used before moving to PNC Bank. I would not recommend PNC Bank if you bank exclusively online and are seeking the best mobile and online experience.

We don’t live near a PNC branch but really love the bank, and the app does everything we need - no branch needed. Easy to deposit checks and transfer funds.

Fix it

Constantly have to change my password. It makes me change it every other week, then says my pin is incorrect. I’m over it and it locks me out. Fail.

I sometimes pay a bill through the app. When I log onto my account on my laptop it’s shows that the bill has never be paid and that it’s late. I wish the app would sync up and show that the bill is paid
