An excellent app, especially with recent upgrades. Seems as though pictures of deposits for checks works considerably smoother.
Much better and improved over previous releases

The previous versions worked but were not as intuitive. My wife doesn’t like the way it catches the photos but that is her problem. I like it since I mainly use it for mobile deposits. I makes good use of the camera. The helpful feedback is very nice.

Deposits to joint accounts didn’t work for weeks. May or may not work now. I quit trying. Asks me to Artie review after every deposit. Annoying. Like the girl in jr high that always asked, do you like me? Do you like me? Overall my happiness with PNC as a Bank is 3. Average. Lots to work on. I’m not so dissatisfied to change banks. Nice folks at our local branch although hands tied by Corp.

Bugs that Still Aren’t Fixed

This app used to be fine, until an update that apparently made it not recognize my log-in info. So, this app is currently unusable! I had an iPhone 6S and it still doesn’t work with the X. No future updates have resolved my issue. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, and restarted my phone but that didn’t help. Lately I’ve had to go to online banking every time I want to access my account online, and it asks me my security questions every time I log-in to online banking from the same device. It’s getting frustrating.

The latest update to the PNC app (about Nov 2017) is so much better. It is much more intuitive to use, with far less clicks and keystrokes. It seems to be completely reliable too.

Ideally I would like to have the mobile deposit be more streamlined. Having multiple checks for a deposit instead of each individual one.

I love the app however, the transfer feature is always giving me an error code and still transfers the money..
