I love it and have no issues, but I do have a suggestion. I share my library with my family and some friends. It would be extremely helpful if I could review movies on my account that could be seen by my users. NEW FEATURE! So easy to implement as well.

Podcasts are clunky and unreliable

Using on Firefox (desktop) and app (iPhone XR). Clunky interface (who would ever want to see “Recommended” as the default??) and unreliable podcast feedback. Will be requesting a refund of my Plex Pass.

Have had pled for many years and had already had a subscription and did my one time fee of 4.99. Now that I switched to an iPhone instead of an android they want me to make another payment that’s messed up having to pay it again when I already did.

Android client is broken so have to use iPhone

Was working good then all my movies disappear, account messed up- we did nothing - no touchy and lost all, can’t even add or sync anything, just Plex choice of movies, general, settings, nothing either. I bought my subscription, Plex can not be reached and have no access for help, just directions that don’t work. Looking for something better-

Since at least 2018 the Plex team has ignored a glaring bug with a Plex Pass feature. Camera upload! After numerous attempts to reach the dev team through their support forums, they blocked me. Not impressed with the support, not impressed with the product, and I’m not going to support Plex any longer. Get your team together and fix the issues that plague your software, then add new features.

There are multiple public threads in their forums about this however I didn’t notice until after I paid for a flex pass to get this feature. There appears to be no way to get a response from Plex even acknowledging whether or not this is an issue and whether they ever plan to fix it. With that said, streaming works great and it’s so easy to set up a local Plex media server and find it in the app or on Apple TV. Camera Upload work the way it is advertised it would easily be a five star app.

I had bought a lifetime subscription mainly to Sync my music library for offline playback. Everything worked fine up until this year. One of their recent updates in 2020 caused me to lose ALL of my synced playlists. I tried deleting all content & re-synced without any luck. Plex is well aware of this issue & refuses to fix it. The thing that bugs me is that this is a PAID feature. I should request a refund because they haven’t held up their end on the promised features. They prob won’t refund me so I’ll just use Plex locally on my Apple TV & take my Music management elsewhere. You live & learn & I’ll be hesitant to subscribe to any features going forward in the App Store. ✌?
