PlayStation VUE is superior to numerous competitors including Apple, AT&T TV (formally Direct TV NOW), and other more limited offerings. VUE’s live TV, DVR, available EPIX, HBO, Showtime, all the sports with FOX, ESPN, NBC & CBS Sports and with many popular services including all of our local networks. Learned a few weeks ago that SONY Entertainment will terminate service at the end of January. Too competitive and costly. It’s a shame that that SONY apparently doesn’t believe in the future of this entertainment model. At $85 monthly plus Netflix $15, Disney+ $5, new AppleTV $5, ESPN+ $5, AcornTV $5, SundanceNOW $5 and it is still is considerably less than cable or satellite services. Sorry to see you go!!

Honestly after using many of the numerous streaming services PS Vue by far is the best, now if only we could keep it

This service is built for inconvenience and is straight up the worst customer experience of any streaming app. When the app is opened, be prepared to find something to do for 2-3 minutes while it decides if it will be useful. If you’re fortunate enough for the app to enter a functional state, be patient as it will take several seconds before it allows you to switch channels. If you have a second television that is not used frequently, make sure to be logged in to your account before attempting to launch the service on that television. Because, even though that television is connected to the network that is behind the same public IP that your daily television is on, you will need to reactivate your account with a code. Amateur hour. Sony failed hardcore with this venture and the only win for consumers is that it will be going away soon.

Please please please reconsider stopping this service! I’ve tried a lot of other services and without question this is the best hands down... it’s not even close! With what you offer at the price you do is awesome. The other services overcharge for the channels you give at a reasonable cost. They want as much as $20 more but still don’t have all the channels you offer. Again, I beg of you for all the people that feel like I do, please reconsider... thanks

Great experience the short time we’ve been using their service, I think the lack of advertising and misconception, of needing a PlayStation console to use the service backed people off. Wish PlayStation would reconsider. Five stars from me.
