This app requires daily player challenge to keep you on your toes. You may want an app that just works well all the time, but...surprise.!..!..this app will not provide seamless streaming connection to your McIntosh RS-100’s. Instead, you must pamper it with daily attention to remind it of your preferred settings, of which it will allow you to have just a few working options rather than being the complete functioning application it is supposed to be.

For a company that has such great speakers, this is a worthless app. I can never connect to my speaker. And when I can, it searches for about 5 minutes to detect it. Sad that I will be returning a $700 speaker because of the horrendous connectivity of this app

This may be the worst app I’ve ever used. Or not used because it never works. You can buy a speaker from the dollar store and play music from your iTunes from your phone. This either takes forever to like up or just never does. And I’m trying to link to a Paradigm amp. Not a cheap piece of junk. Apple and android already created a system that works why go backwards with this thing. Makes me question Paradigm for doing business with them. Together they are nothing less than a journey into frustration. Stay away from both.

I can't access my personal playlists from Amazon so it kind of defeats a big purpose of why I downloaded it.

This app is garbage

I bought an Anthem receiver which works with this application. The problem is it's completely unreliable. Turns my receiver off on its own. Drops network then you can't get it connected again. Can't access my SiriusXM radio. Never worked correctly since day one. Save yourself the grief and don't buy Anthem products it's full of problems and they only warranty there for 30 days.

After 3 updates you still can't add apple music or the ability for me to play any music from my phone that streams from the cloud. The user interface could use a clean up as well.

Cumbersome app to stream hi-fi music

I figured most people were just whining about the app until I had to use it. The quality of the music through my speaker is great despite the cumbersome app. Why do I have three sound bars to adjust volume on the same screen? The increments of volume are too large. You can never fine tune the volume. Spotify works different than anything else and while everything else "works" it takes some hassle to do anything. Not intuitive. DTS should consider scrapping the app and starting fresh with something that people will want to use rather than going back to crappy (but easy to use) Bluetooth audio.

Let me start with how many times I had to swap/return my Martin Logan Vision X. 4 times. The entire time it wasn't the hardware (soundbar) that was malfunctioning. After many attempts ML themselves stated they aren't happy with DRS PLAYFI app either. I've experienced too many mishaps and problems. As far as Spotify. To me it works flawless when it works however it's userface or whatever it's properly called isn't even via PLAYFI DTS. Also. I was basically coerced into buying the Spotify premium because that the only way it works with PLAYFI DTS MARTIN LOGAN This app won't work for me ever. The updates freeze or stop at step 2. I've reached out to PLAYFI DTS but they just blow me off

The app description states that it supports streaming from the device's music library and DLNA servers, even though this update has removed both of these features without notice. These were practically the only features that I used, so the app and the speaker are now essentially useless to me. Please restore these features immediately.
