Not working

I switched to Plann desktop after they emailed me and suggested that, but since then my phone app is having issues and it won’t recognize my user name so I can’t use it. I have been emailing them repeatedly but haven’t been getting a reply or solution, so basically I am paying for something that I can use. It’s a good app when it works, but it just hasn’t been working for the last week or so. I wish they would at least respond and stop ignoring this

Tried the app for a day, didn’t like it deleted it. Then billed $29.99 for automatic renewal and have now gone into try to cancel subscription and there is no option to cancel subscription, only to renew. Never had an issue like this with an app, unsubscribing is usually easy. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!
Used to love it - now it never works.

When I first purchased this app I loved it. Now, without fail, my photos will never load, I try to drag and drop and they disappear, and my grid is never in the stage of “completed” because nothing shows up. My photos remain white squares. No matter how many times I delete, reinstall, restart my phone- there is no solving my issue. I pay monthly for this app and will be searching elsewhere for an app that can keep up. I never write reviews but I’ve become so frustrated I felt obligated. As a business owner who uses IG for their business it’s CRUCIAL to have a strong planning app. I hope for future users this is fixed.

They do not have a call center to help with trouble shooting and only have email. Very irritating when the app disconnected my Facebook + Instagram business pages and won’t let me connect again because it says they aren’t business pages, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE. I don’t have time to wait for an unhelpful email back because I need to get my content cued. Very frustrating for a paying customer.

Used to work but now it just acts like Instagram and doesn’t allow me to schedule posts, as well as continuing to log me out.
