Desktop Experience Killed by Useless App

We’ve been using Plann for 2 days now, getting off to an amazing start on the desktop experience - all of the features are extremely helpful & easy to use. We set our schedule for about 1.5 weeks worth of content and captions ready to post to Instagram. Upon receiving the notifications to post on my phone, I open up the app ready to go - and it crashes and closes the app every time I try to open the post to copy over to Instagram. It’s unusable. I’ve restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, logged out and back in. It just keeps crashing, so we’re now having to email ourselves the captions from all the posts we’ve scheduled on the desktop version and copy them over to Instagram that way - very clunky. We’ll have to look elsewhere in the next few days if nothing improves which is a real shame because we thought this was our ticket to Instagram success and we’re really invested in the desktop experience already.

Every time I open this app I have to guess whether it will actually have my photos loaded or it will be a blank white page.

Been using the app for about a week. The iPhone app keeps freezing or doesn’t load. so it is a bit frustrating. I do like the suggested posting times and the ability to save my hashtags. Will give it another couple of weeks.

So everytime I try to post my pictures, the app crashes and closes. the whole things works amazing but it’s time to post, it just won’t work.

I do not recommend, very very slow and constantly deleting your uploads and plans. Do not download. I recommend the app Preview, works far, far better. ??

Extremely clunky and ghetto, and no way to delete/close account. Feels like a phishing app. Completely useless app.

Every time that I open the app and go to my my manage tab, the app closes. I cannot even use it.

After I used up 30photos, it asked me to buy a subscription. Which I did and something happened and it glitched!!! Nooowwwww I’m missing freakin photos I spent a lot of time editing and placing. They’re gone and some of the pictures even got jumbled up. Wtfffffff..... if my pictures don’t pop up, I’m unsubscribing and refunding this piece of trash!!! I’m just mad I spent so many hours organizing this BS!!! And it’s gone...

It’s only getting worse

I had left a 5 star review before and lots of things worked really well with the app and I used it regularly. Now it’s just become more of a headache to use. First my in app feed wasn’t showing, then the strategies kept erasing, then everything would be blank, then when I was finally able to add a post, it would crash. It was annoying. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now my subscription is back to the free version, all my hashtags disappeared and my strategies gone. Customer service people are nice, I’ll give them that. Just wish everything worked smoothly together.
