This app was great until they started over advertising. Now every time you do anything in the app, a banner pops up advertising their premium service. So unnecessary. If I want to buy the premium service then I will, if you want to irritate those that want to use the free version then just don’t offer it to them anymore.

I pay for the upgraded version that allows me to manage 2 accounts but 99% of the time, the app won’t load past the initial opening screen. I have a fully updated version of the app Bummed as I had months of posts planned on there that are now lost

You can schedule a post and it will give you a message that it’s time to post. But it will not automatically do it for you. What good is that?

I downloaded this app with the suggestion of a friend. It continues to make me log in with my Instagram account (I don’t have a business Facebook). I get a message each time that weird activity is happening and I must enter a code to authorize. Once I am in all I see is my Instagram account. I don’t see how to save posts and schedule etc with all of the features offered. I would most welcome someone from tech support to help me with this. I have troubleshooted and watched the beginning tutorials and everything is super tiny but doesn’t look anything like what I am seeing when I log in. Please contact me - I did fill out a feedback on the tutorials that they didn’t help at all. Thank you

I’ve reset the app, my iPad, uninstalled and reinstalled and I still can’t even login to see if it’s even worth it.

Had this for about a year, had a long and organized feed for future post, and one day it was all deleted.
If you could actually login and use this app, it would be GREAT! But you can’t!

I have never left a review before for anything in my life, but my frustration with the service drove me to the point of writing my very first review. For the very short amount of time that I was actually able to use this app, it was great. However after paying for a premium account to use for my business I was consistently been logged out of my account and being asked to re-authorize access to Facebook. When I try to re-authorize access I would continue to be taken on a loop of receiving an error message, being asked to try again, receiving the error message again, being asked to try again, and so on. I got in contact with Support and they basically said “oh contact Facebook or contact Instagram”. Well clearly the issue is not with Facebook or Instagram because I can log into those platforms on all of my other apps. The issue was with Plann. I’ve scoured other reviews and other people are having the same exact problem and Plann is taking zero initiative to fix this issue. Their answer is “yeah, sometimes technology doesn’t work.. sorry ¯\_(ツ)_/¯” Here’s and answer “fix your problem or give me my hard earned money back!” Trust me when I say don’t use this app. Invest your money and a move advance and technologically sound planning system like Later or Planily!
Caption isn’t transferring!

I’ve been using this app for 4 months. It’s been pretty good but now this past week my captions won’t transfer over! I write lengthy captions that take time to create (recipes) and this is very distressing. What’s worse is that once I’ve posted my post is “locked” in the Plann app! I can’t even access my own stuff so I can’t go in and copy the caption and add back to the post directly in Instagram. Why can’t I have access to my own stuff?? It’s hidden under lock& key which doesn’t seem fair at all.
