The app fundamentally works. Though I still have not been able to figure out how to remove pictures from the planned feed. The app’s graphics are outdated and the user interface is extremely confusing. I could see people struggling to log out. I would recommend “Preview” as a better alternative. This app can take a few things from them.
Great idea with too many issues

When I first started using Plann, I loved it. I use it for our business IG account and even considered adding some personal ones into it. Around the time they launched the desktop app, though, I’ve had several problems. I had to create a completely different login for some reason, and it got rid of all of my previously saved work. Now, if I’m working in Plann, and I go to a different app to look something up and come back, if I didn’t save what I was working on, the app always completely reloads and my work is gone (even if I was just gone a second). It also tells me its time to post ALOT when there is nothing to post for that day. Sometimes I’ll start working to post something and realize it’s scheduled for a completely different day. Very frustrating. Lastly, I’ve had a number of times when I go to copy and post, and it won’t bring over my text! So I have to go back to the Plann app, reload (bc it’s gone since I went over to the IG app) and go back into the planned post and physically copy the text. I love the context of this app and feel like it could be great if they get all these kinks ironed out.

Mirroring some other reviewers’ sentiments, I want to use this app so badly, and I need it! However, it has so many bugs—daily, new ones constantly coming up, etc.—that it is currently unusable for me. It does not do its job, especially with any of its photo editing tools. Edits just don’t save; I can do the same thing over and over again and watch it just bomb out. If I were using the free service, I might not even complain; but I’m on a paid monthly plan, so my user experience is not only frustrating but, also, unacceptable.
Won’t let me log onto my Instagram

It wouldn’t let me log onto my Instagram. It’s a cycle of logging in, sending a verification code and then that’s it.
Average due to great design yet instability

Love how this app is SUPPOSED to work. HATE how much it freezes or glitches. For instance, I can highlight a word and tap the “Look up” feature to find a synonym and it won’t allow me to get out of that dictionary definition. So I’ll have to close it and the app deleted the photo and caption I’ve edited and typed up although I’d already had it open and been working on it several times. So disappointing.
Subscription trial works, but after you pay...

I tried the subscription and fell in love with it. It worked perfectly, but AS SOON AS I BOUGHT THE SUBSCRIPTION, the app wouldn’t log me in to see my performance anymore. Absolute hustle...
Keeps crashing

Been using this app for a few months and I really like it. There is still a lot of functionality even if you aren't paying for a membership. I like the look and feel of the app. One issue I've had for a while is whenever I backspace all the way in the hashtag manager, the app closes and doesn't remember where I was when I get back on. Would love to be able to use this app the way it's intended to be used

When you tap on the add(+) under your account it directs you to enter into IG. This is a repetitive loop, I cannot get to the account I manage , I’ve reached out 2x ‘s for help , an I have not received help addressing the ‘looping’ problem, (
