Your app continues to not work AT ALL on the latest iOS and the latest iPad Pro. This has been an issue since December, yet there doesn’t appear to be even a hint of the issue being addressed. Being asleep at the wheel, completely disregarding the quality of your product is a really bad look. If it were possible to rate lower than 1 star, I absolutely would. Communication is everything. If there isn’t a fix imminent, at least provide an update on the situation.
EQ settings do not save

I noticed other comments regarding this same phenomenon. I use the APP to save the EQ settings they way I like them. Then, the next time (and every time) I turn the receiver on, the EQ settings are flatlined and I have to open the APP and re-load them. This is very annoying. Apparently this is not fixable or the developers would have corrected it by now. Other than that, the app is OKAY. Controlling Pandora from the APP is hit or miss. Sometimes it links up ok and works, sometimes it does not. Please fix the EQ problem, we are paying customers! Thank you.
App works good on Phone...not on IPad???

I have had this app for several years and use it to remotely control my VSX-1131. Worked perfectly on both my Iphone 10 and my IPad Pro 11. Then it stopped working a month or so ago on my IPad but not my phone. My iPhone version works fine. Both IPhone and IPad are running the latest version of IOS...11.1.3. The receiver will not respond to touches on my Ipad. For example, if I press NET in an attempt to play Pandora, nothing happens. If I press Power, nothing happens. The receiver is seemingly dead to touches on my IPad but not my phone. Ipad works fine in every other app.

A couple of months ago the app stopped getting the signal to the receiver. It won’t even power on.
Very limited especially considering the price of Elite AVR

Why should I have to hit 3 things to get to the volume control. The old app was better and more intuitive, please bring back the functionality

Guys Fix this ! I am on the current firmware for bothe the iPad Pro and the AV receiver and I can turn it on but then I have No Touch capability at all ??. It works fine on the iPhone but not the iPad ! This has been for the last year So PLEASE fix this !

Every time I turn off/on the receiver, I have to open my app and turn on my EQ again?????
Great app for the receiver, but please update the receiver!

I have a VSX-LX503, and everything about it works as expected, but I should be able to Airplay music to it without having the TV turn on automatically! Please update the receiver to not turn the TV on when streaming music. It doesn’t turn the TV on when the receiver is turned on with some buttons on the remote, so I know it must be possible!
