I have been trying to use the app for 3 DAYS now. Black screen then crash simultaneously. I have loads of data I need to retrieve. Please help

Great app. Just takes months to update the app to keep up with the I phone updates. Can’t access the photos. App crashes. Important photos in limbo. ?

It doesn’t work on iOS 11 I did the iphone update from iOS 10 to iOS 11 n now I can’t use the app.
All my pictures are gone!!

This app used to be good but after the update I lost all my saved pictures and can’t get it back. If only there was a way to get everything back.

I’ve had this app for years and worked flawless when other similar apps will lock you out due to developer issues and no updates

Had this app for two years and loved it. Since this new update now it just crashes as soon as you open it. Can’t get to any of your pictures you have in the app now.. extremely let down! Please fix
