Passcode stopped working

I haven’t been able to get to my pictures I entrusted to this app!! For over a year now I have asked support for help with not one response back!! Tell me why it just stopped working and where are my pictures?

Bought this and paid for the in app update to turn it into videosafe. The videos I upload delete themselves. I’ve lose files because of this. DO NOT PURCHASE THE IN APP UPDATE BEWARE

Desperately needs an update. Screen goes black when attempting a photo upload.

Had this app for probably just over 5 years and now I put my password in and it goes to a default album. Had easily 200 photos in there. I had it setup to take you to a default album if the wrong password it entered. Now every time I put my password in, that I have never changed, it’s just brings up a default album. Where are my photos?
Finally works mostly on iOS 11.2.1

This is the best picture safe out here. The only drawback is that the latest iOS 11.2.1 causes the application to not read touchID after you minimize it. Otherwise solid, as always.
