This app was great then the update came and now it won’t even open. I have hundreds of pics I can’t get to anymore. ??

Because of your latest update I lost all of my pictures because your app kept crashing after the update. I had to delete yur app and reinstall which resulted in me losing all of my pictures I had saved in the earlier version of your App. I am very disappointed in this upgrade and in this app now & will be trashing it from my phone. i Rate this App & this company ZERO STARS & WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!! This APP IS TRASH & OFF MY PHONE NOW!!! Apple if U read this please get rid of this App Developer & this WAST of & APP!!!!

I just lost 7 years of photos and videos with this update! App keeps crashing. Soo disappointed.

I have used Picture Safe for the last 9 years. The latest changes have really ruined what was a great app. Features such as rearranging photos and folders were great. I don’t understand why these were removed from the latest versions of the app. In my opinion these changes have hurt what was the best photo app on iTunes. The old app gave the user more control and that’s gone unfortunately.

App is great I’ve been using it for over 5 years problem is sometimes i upload a video and come back in a week and it’s gone. This has happened more than a few times overall mostly everything is there but always a new video or something gets deleted so i have to keep long enough to make sure it’ll still be there

I lost the ability to add videos with the last update? Now it screen comes up wanting to add a monthly charge for this access? I paid for the video add on long time ago!?!??
