Paid for the upgrade to save videos and every time I save them then go back the videos are gone. Another wasted paying for an app but the photos are fine.

This is a great app for many years. Now with the latest iOS 11.1.2 it no longer works. It lost the same password I used for many years. I have lost many pictures. Don’t get this app.

Please update so I can open it and retrieve the years worth of pics I have within this ap. I’ve tried everyday for a few months to no avail. So disappointed. Please fix! Used to be my most used app.

There’s glowing reviews (because it used to be great) until the iOS 11 update and they’re all consistently bad after that with the same issue I’m facing - the app no longer opens, it goes to a black screen for a split second then immediately crashes and closes out. Please FIX ASAP because there’s a lot of lost photos on there. You keep saying it’s compatible with iOS 11 and there’s been bug fixes, yet tons of us are still having the same issue because I’ve waited months and this is really frustrating/upsetting to lose thousands of pictures. APP DEVELOPERS: ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS OR WHAT? THIS IS RIDICULOUS TO MAKE CUSTOMERS LOSE THOUSANDS OF OUR PHOTOS!

Used to be great, now it is a source of great frustration as it does not seems compatible with IOS 11 and does not allow to put the password to see or add pictures.
