Yea I can’t transfer my pictures back to my photo album and when ever I hit share the app crashes.

The 5 star ratings are obviously fake, hence the enormous spread towards 5-star reviews. All you need to know is that you cannot password-protect anything unless you pay. The app name is false advertising.
No lock and duplicated albums

The is no longer password or biometricly locked. It has also duplicated my albums 5x, sucking up huge amounts of memory.

I never subscribed, soon as I saw it was going to charge me after “trial period” I deleted the app. Wasn’t even on my phone for 5 minutes. They still charged me $42 for the yearly subscription. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO BE CHARGED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!

I got the week trial on this app and then uploaded quite a few pictures and on the same day it wouldn’t let me access them saying my trial limit exceeded. A week passes and then I automatically get charged $35 and I the app STILL is saying “ Your trial limit exceeded you can not access until purchase”. I have ALREADY been charged and my account says I my subscription doesn’t expire until next YEAR. Like why did I pay $35 for the app not to even open to my photos?! I would really like my money back. I had no intention of using this app and the photos that are in it are not even important to me.

This app blows. Once your pics or vids are in there, you can never get them out. Don’t waste your time on this app.

Updated the app and it deleted all of my pictures. They also removed a lot of functionality and hid it behind a paywall. Would not recommend

Updated the app and lost all photos and videos. App is trash!!!!! It’s borderline criminal the way the app is advertised. I uploaded stuff that I no longer have access to and i can’t even find a way to send an email to support for help. It’s ridiculous!!!
