They make you think you can store unlimited photos, but it’s a lie. After a while they hold your photos hostage, not allowing you to access them unless you fork up $50. Total scam, do not download this, how is this app even allowed?

Almost lost faith in this app. It was good for a little bit and then turned into pure junk with updates and huge flaws. If I could have given it negative stars I would have...seriously...it was hot garbage!!! They’ve recently updated it and the app is WAY better! Bugs are gone, pictures/videos are mostly fixed...finally!! Now they just have to do something about the audio in the videos and all will be right!

At first I had the just run of the mill experience with this app they weren’t charging people and then all of a sudden update time! Couldn’t get to any of my photos then had to pay $50 to use the app after calming down after awhile thinking that maybe it’s just for the best and I’ll give it a try ......... now I can’t get in I’ve been locked out now I know what you are thinking that I just forgot the password but no trust me I KNOW what the code is and yet I still can’t get in. So at this point I’m looking for a place to email these people and say hey I need to get my password so I can get in here and get my stuff out but low and behold .......... no email address anywhere ??♂️
Not worth the money

I began with the free trial version and it seemed great and worth the $49.99. I purchased the subscription because it also had the VPN. Each time it updates something else fails. It’s a photo vault which means you should need to renter a code to get in. Not anymore and the VPN is gone now. What gives? I try restoring purchases as it is still asking me to purchase the full version, no luck. $50 bucks for this is ridiculous. If the developers had their crap together they could make a lot of money with this app. Right now it doesn’t even secure my pictures. Disappointing!!
Tries to trap you into a subscription. And I lost all my videos.

This app is a scam and should not be on the App Store. My first big complaint is that a day into using the app (after moving several docs/pics/videos over) I was notified that my free trial had ended and the only way to get back into the app was to sign up for a $50 subscription fee. Are you kidding me? They’re basically locking you out and holding all your pictures hostage unless you pay the fee. But wait there’s more. So once I got past that, I wanted to download the pictures and videos back to my phone’s photo album. And while the pictures saved back to my phone like I expected, it would not save the videos to my phone. I ended up losing all my videos with no way of getting them back one my phone. So basically, 100% do not download this app.

this app it terrible bc i was using it for free but when time passes it requires you pay so you can’t access your photos and videos. so now all my stuff is lost. this makes me so angry. do not get this app

A recent update completely wiped my albums clean and introduced payment options. I’ve heard that you can get your stuff back if you pay to upgrade and unlock the albums, but I’m not even able to make an in app purchase. When I’m on the upgrade menu it won’t allow me to choose any of the options and the app just stays stuck on that menu. Idk if it’s an iOS problem only but.... I’m very disappointed, I lost a lot of quality stuff and I’m left in the dark with little to no information, functionality, or customer service. Do yourself a favor and do not install.

This is app is pure trash. After a while it doesn’t let you access your photos until you pay $35+. That is ridiculous. It never tells you prior that that’ll happen. A total scam.

Haven’t yet deleted this app in hopes they fix this more than a year old problem and recover everyone’s lost files. Even after purchasing you still do not have complete access to the files that do remain. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR PURCHASE THIS APP until they make this right and bring back what we originally paid for!
