At first I thought this app was a great idea. I trusted that my pictures would be kept safe. Everything was going well and all of the sudden my photo albums made 3 copy’s of them selves. I tried to view my pics, but when I selected the photo I wanted to view it would randomly send me to another photo. So I had a brilliant idea. “Just delete the extra photo albums. “ Well not a good idea, because when I deleted one of the duplicate photo albums all of my photos were deleted. One would think you could simply go to the trash and recover the photos. That would be a good idea if there were a trash folder. What photo app doesn’t have a trash folder? Well there isn’t!!! All oh my memories are gone!!! Simply PAINFUL.

I’ve used this for over 6 months now but last week or so it doesn’t log in. Needs an update maybe?!

After upgrade it goes back to free version and keep asking for upgrade. What you put in there can disappear. Cannot even transfer out media.
It stopped working 2 months ago.

Have been using for a year and it just stopped working. The app opens to a screen with the logo, stays there for a while then quits. All my photos are gone. Very upset.

Don’t use this app! After the last update all of my photos are now lost. The app will no longer open and I can’t get my pictures back.

App worked for a good while but then got an update and now crashes upon opening.

They updated the app and now all our memories are gone! It has been over 2 weeks, may be close to 3 and the app creator can’t figure out how to fix the problem they created when they pushed out a new version. Many of us are suffering from their mistake. App crashes when trying to open. Don’t make the same mistake as many of us did. CHANCES ARE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE SEE ANYTHING YOU STORE HETE!

Customer service is non existent. Emailed 3 times and never received a response. The pictures change when selected. Videos change to picture when you try to send or share.
