The app was ok until they decided to charge $50 a year so you figure I’ll just move my pics..... no they hold them hostage. Try to delete them , can’t be done. This is extortion plain and simple! If you want to change things and gouge people for something they can get for free that fine but at least let people move or delete their albums. It’s criminal! Avid this app at all costs!
New Update Locked Out

The last update locked me out and I cannot get to any of my photos. I had paid for the subscription and every update has made it worse and worse. This last update was THE WORST. Very disappointed. Will change my rating if this gets corrected quickly.

I used this app for months then suddenly it starts telling me “trial has been exceeded.” Apparently there is now a 3 day trial before you have to pay. After months, I can’t get to my pictures to move them to another app. They are effectively holding my pictures hostage. Not cool.

Its a good app but the thing is I didn’t know i had like a free trail or something and when i wanted to check if i uploaded a picture onto the app it gave me a pop up that i needa upgrade. I would need to pay $50 just to unlock everything and get all my pictures back ??♀️

Soon as I updated all my pictures and videos have deleted so all my stuff is gones and the only thing the upgrade is showing me is to pay for more access but why would I if I’ve lost all pics and videos ?

Without warning photo vault locked up and all of the pictures I have saved are now locked in the app and I can’t retrieve them unless I pay. So I can’t even move the pictures out of the app back onto my phone.

I was frustrated with this app and I deleted it because, most of my videos lost and some of them became pictures, I finally understand the app, I downloaded it again, can I have my pictures back?????

This app use to be great! Now this app is holding my information hostage because it wants me to pay a 49.99$ subscription fee! This is ridiculous and I will he emailing Apples support team because this has to be a violation of their developer rules. Do not buy!!!!!!
