Won’t even let me access my private pictures

I have all my private pictures in this app and all it does is just stays in the main screen when you open it then just completely crashes. Please help.
Took away a feature completely

I had all passwords secured in the note section of the app and with the latest update took away that feature lost everything.

I have had this app for months, also upgraded and paid for no ads. It used to work great, but has not worked since the newest update. I cannot access any of my pictures or notes! Emailed support and have not heard back. So disappointing. Do not purchase app. *will change my review if customer service gets back to me and I retrieve my data.

I had my pictures in here and it did the new update and now all my pictures in their are lost and it won’t let me go into the app anymore show the picture of the app an than book me off

App was great till they did an update. Since that time we have pretty much lost all content. Many people have contacted app support and still the problem isn’t fixed. This problem needs to be fixed.

after I updated the app it won't open. The app keeps crashing and now I can't even get to my photos...everything was fine before

Went with free version and had a passcode and fingerprint protection, but now you can just touch the app and see all your photos open. No security at all. Worthless vault
