Map no longer working

I love this App but the map feature is no longer working and I can’t pull up parking meter numbers via the app. I now have to walk outside to know what parking meter number I am at (if I don’t remember to write it down). This defeats the purpose of the app. Please fix this!!!
No way to see parking on app

Recently with the latest update, I can’t see any of the parking spots that are “marked in purple” on the map. It makes it difficult to to know where I parked. I hope they find a fix soon.

It use to say tap on the purple location to get started but that no longer applies to my area as of a couple of months ago. It’s weird and nobody in customer service / technical is able to fix or address the issue properly. I’ve tried it on 2 separate phones.

Works well, but yesterday 12/28/2021, it wouldn’t work at all and I got an error message. I ended up getting a ticket as a result!!!

We should be able to scan the meter number as malcontents tend to scratch-out the meter number.

The most recent update is bugged. I can’t see the meters nearby anymore… the previous update to this one worked great!

Set it to locate. Found the pay-by-phone symbol and tapped it, It just zooms in, doesn’t find the actual thing to pay
