I think it’s a bit annoying that we can’t use the app to extend our 2 hour parking.

The app doesn’t allow you to charge a short 10-15 minute stay and charges at minimum an hour.

License plate has a + in it but the app errors out when trying to select that vehicle.

I have used parking apps before and find them a real bonus, and I’m sure this one’s great when it works. We encountered it at a park we had gone to, so I downloaded it and tried to use it. I entered my credit card information, but when I tried to pay, my card was in there but appeared as “not valid for this location“. It’s a major credit card and I can’t imagine why it wouldn’t be valid. I checked my email to make sure there were no confirmations I needed to click on, but there was nothing. We waited several minutes and tried several times but it wouldn’t work so we had to leave. It was a real bummer.

It would be great if it could give some type of notification when a monthly pass expires, or when you have one day left. It’s hard to keep track of when a monthly pass expires and that has burned me a few times because I forget to check. It would be a great added feature. Otherwise this app is easy to use.

Try to sign up for month and get only 30 days. Runs out one day early and get a ticket. Should automatically cover until the end of the month even after someone pays the max rate.

I found a rare parking spot for my vehicle and discovered that it was PayByPhone only. No problem, I thought. First it wouldn’t let me create a new account by entering my information (somehow I had entered one of the 3 required fields incorrectly), so I tried it using my apple account. That took me to a screen where it asked me to enter a code I was to receive by text. It rejected the code three times. I had to find a garage and run to my appointment, which I ended up being late for, despite being parked in a spot next to my doc 12 minutes early.
