Nags about ratings – PayByPhone Parking Review

It's a parking app with no choice about vendor or app choice, why is it nagging about an app rating? Month later, nags me for another review. Still 1 star. Not like I have a choice about the app. 'Nuther month, 'nuther nag for a review. Still one star. UI needs a single-tap-to-park function. Even if it had it, would still be one star because of the rating nag. Oh look. It's April. Time for another nagging prompt to earn another one star review.
