app is a little buggy

I primarily use patreon from my phone but the app isn’t fully optimized and sometimes force closes which is a bummer when you’re directly uploading content to it (btw, as an artist, don’t do that. Always use a notes app first and then upload it). One strange bug (which, when fixed, would make my rating improve for sure) is sometimes the post changes to html code if you add a picture halfway through your writing but doesn’t translate into presentable text when it’s posted. So I’ll start with “everything is Gucci” and upload a photo and it will change to “<p>everything is <I>Gucci</i></p>” and that’s what gets sent out to my patron. Like ... pls fix- that is so dang annoying.
The best way to pay for artists

I am so *bleeping* sick of paying producers and publishers for the right to enjoy my favorite artists. I'm sick of other people paying producers and publishers for the right to enjoy their favorite artists, whether I like them or not. Back in the day, when dinosaurs wanted to exchange each other's lairs, I assume they used the barter system. As did pagans and other clever humans to whom money meant nothing. Patreon has returned to this simple means of exchange. I love being able to compensate even free material which I enjoy. And I particularly appreciate being able to pay what I can afford. When I was younger and flusher, I gave more than the actual monetary value. As a senior citizen, I have less money, but the percentage remains the same. So, go Patreon. You enable us to pay the artists we value. Cloud bartering. And you let us pay what we can afford. And your community is lovely. I appreciate being able to talk to artists, ask questions, and actually receive replies.

Video play is horrible, can’t edit your profile unless going through safari, no place to upload photos in community section! This app needs major fixing!

It’s a great service for those wishing to be compensated for content. It’s in the artists hands to broker a deal for us the patrons. I hope the Patreon gives the artist free rain to do what they must. It just helps generate better content
Lens broken, bad notifications, no account access

80% of my Lens posts get stuck in limbo “posting” for DAYS... Notifications don’t work/happen so I assume my fans aren’t even notified of new lens posts... You said there’s access to the account management area in the update but it’s not there. I still want the old post feed, individual page posts has KILLED my post views... my fans aren’t using the app anymore and I’ve lost fans... fix this it’s awful!

I'm so glad I can support the people who creat amazing content! The only problem with this app, which could quite possibly be my phone, is it'll exit out. That's the only problem I've had, but everything else is great! Easily navigable and for me I prefer it over the desktop version.

I could write reviews about this pod everyday. Besides my family this is the most consistent thing in my life. I have withdrawals when they don’t create content. Lol. Keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen.
