Cannot be stopped

I have been trying to unsubscribe/cancel this app for 3 months. It used to be easy to do that but apparently this app thinks it’s better than that. The instructions to do that do not match the layout of the website. Come on guys, help a girl out. If i am not getting the product, at least let me cancel the payments!

The user interface is unbearable

How is this app so buggy? They don’t allow me to sort from oldest to newest. Searching for specific podcast causes it to crash. God help you if you pause the podcast and come back to it. Update your app Ive had it for a year and nothing is better in it. I never have even written a review before, that’s how terrible your app is
Great content bad app UX

App is buggy and crashes occasionally. Can’t access playback controls from my iPhone when it’s on the locked screen. Jumping between apps and returning to Patreon causes the audio to sputter and then crash.
It works. Barely.

For an app to browse your Patreon content, it works. But that’s all I can say about it.

Opened the app today, tried to search for an epi on a podcast page but the feed wouldn’t load and it said I needed to subscribe. Logged out b/c equiv of “did you turn it off and back on?” and now I can’t log in. Please fix.

I love love love the app! And I love supporting content creators, I just wish there was a way to organize the content chronologically instead of just tags. I would love to look at the content from when the people I follow first started but also have the option switch back to what is currently going on. Other than that, I love the app
