My old ipassword app is no longer accessible

Hello I recently attempted to open my old iPassword app which requires an update but I’m only give the option to Keep or Delete. When I choose Keep I’m unable to access my passwords. Also the developer Info is very suspicious. Please help me

The app is nice but they did not update their other app to work work with the new iOS 14.8 and now 100’s of password and information cannot be retrieved. All the developer said is sorry.

A previous version of this app became inoperable after the iOS 14.5 update without warning or any developer support to retrieve password data. Most users lost all stored passwords.

Doesn’t work with the forced upgrade to iOS version 15.0.2 on my iPhone 11. Message says developer needs to update it. Wonderful ! I have now lost all of my passwords for the last 10 years !

Someday when you update your phone's IOS, you will no longer have access to ANY of your passwords. The app will not open! Don't waste 7 years of your time adding passwords only to update and never gain access again. The developer of this app doesn't care, neither does Apple. I had the paid Pro version! Please use something more reliable than an app!

Developer can’t be trusted to update app. Version I purchased was not updated to work with latest version of iOS. Lost all my passwords. Do not trust this developer to do this again. Developer unwilling to assist in recovery. Easier and more profitable to force everyone to repurchase or install new replacement app. Developer not trustworthy.

The developers publish new entries of this app with different icons instead of updating the existing version. The result? When an iOS change requires apps to be updated, you will be out of luck and the will have lost all of your data. I have seen these guys do this twice. The contact email that they list is invalid so there is no one to contact for support. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP AND DEVELOPER.

I have had this app since 2016. I have not had any issues getting into my passwords. However since the new ISO updates. I have not been able to get into the app. There is also no way to get in contact with this developer. So I hope someone that help resolve this issue fixes the problem. Again other than this issue this app is great.
