My old ipassword app is no longer accessible – Password Manager ' Review

Hello I recently attempted to open my old iPassword app which requires an update but I’m only give the option to Keep or Delete. When I choose Keep I’m unable to access my passwords. Also the developer Info is very suspicious. Please help me
