Please update old app for iPassword.. I am so stressed that I just lost all my passwords from the last 10 years.. please please please update the old version so I can get my passwords back.. I will even pay to upgrade it if I have to

I used this stupid app for a while and all my passwords were lost when I tried to open the app after my iOS version was updated. The message said I need to update the app to work with the updated new OS so I did it. But I am still unable to open it. All my data was lost.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH IOS 14.5!!!!!!

This developer marketed and sold an app called “iPassword”- seemingly the same software as this. Note the Copyright for this app: “iPassword”. After updating to Apple IOS 14.5 when trying to open the iPassword app I get a message that says, “iPassword needs to be updated. The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of IOS." The program worked great until it suddenly became unavailable after my phone updated to version 14.5. This is a complete disgrace. I have used and enjoyed this app for years. Would have GLADLY paid more $ to get an updated version. Instead this developer AND APPLE has disappointed me. How can you stop supporting an app designed to keep passwords safe without giving your users warning? Now years of user names and passwords are GONE. There is no excuse for this. The only explanation is is greed and disregard for your paying customers.

Along with many others I have been using this app (older version) for many years, can not longer open app after latest software upgrade. Lost every password. Pretty awful experience that continues to haunt me.

Be Warned! You will lose access without warning.

The older version is incompatible with the latest iOS. There is NO way to transfer your passwords and you cannot even open the older version. I lost over 200 passwords. This developer is dishonest and untrustworthy. Do NOT make the same mistake and use this app. There are plenty of better apps out there. All the recent negative reviews are true. ZERO stars.

The previous version of this app became inaccessible for thousands of people with the iOS 14.6 update. There was no warning and no update. If you had the previous version and downloaded this version, there was no way to merge your passwords to this version. There are workarounds to recover your data but this developer has been completely non-responsive to the users. It will eventually happen with this version as well, no doubt. DO NOT give this person your money. Find a reputable app and use that. Too bad too. It’s a pretty good app.

PLEASE HELP!!!! Your previous version is not working and I can’t get in contact with you as it seems like you are the developer of the other password manager app. Can you go back an update it because it no longer lets me access it and now I’ve lost all my passwords and stored data from over 5 years unless you update the app to reflect the current version of IOS. Have been using this app for years and generally have liked it. But a new version came out with no notification to switch. The older version stopped updating and locked me out of years of passwords. I purchased the new version but there is no way to restore passwords from old version. Reached out to customer service twice, no response. Lame.

I used this developer’s last iteration of their Password Keeper for over 5 years. I had SO MUCH INFO stored in there. Earlier this year (2021), Apple put out an iOS update and this developer didn’t update their app, and, as a result, I got locked out of the older app and lost over 5 years of passwords. I cannot tell you what a headache it’s been trying to restore and repopulate my password lists. A Google search showed many others in my situation, but the developer didn’t respond to any complaints and, in fact, disabled their email so we had no real recourse. I would NEVER trust anything by this developer again.

I used the Silver PAID version for 10 yrs with no problem. Suddenly this developer decided to eliminate the app without updating to work with current iphone IOS. All of us who used this have lost hundreds of passwords and stored info. He gave us NO WARNING to retrieve and backup our info!! I would never trust this developer in any app!
