They don’t even deserve one star. Updated my iPhone to 14.5. After the update Ipassword is no longer compatible and I cannot get access to the 100’s of personal and professional passwords I need. UNACCEPTABLE.

I login with my face recognition for years. Updated iPhone and iPassword does not launch face recognition. I forgot my password to open. The email from this developer does not work. No support.

Horrible app! I have been using for years but Yesterday it can not download from cloud because the developer force to delete the app. The only option is delete. After delete and reinstall new version of the app, my data totally is gone!!!

This developer is a f-ING crook. I’m one of the longtime users of the paid prior version that he discontinued support for with iOS 14.5 leaving everyone no way to get their data back. Support email address is non functional. Unless you want to risk losing ALL your passwords some day, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Google “ipassword stopped working with iOS 14.5” to get an idea of the kind of developer you’re dealing with…

A warning to all: this creator, in an older version of this app, did not update it with the new Apple privacy rules. I originally downloaded it in 2014. I really bought in… storing all usernames and passwords. Without warning, the app no longer updated, due to the developers noncompliance. I am still trying to recover usernames and passwords. Because of this, I’m actually nervous for the safety of them. If you must download this app, at minimum, write everything down on paper. Ps: The only way to contact him is through Facebook. He has not responded to my messages.

NO ACCESS TO YEARS OF PASSWORD AND LOGIN INFORMATION WITH NO HELP FROM THESE DEVELOPERS. I WOULD GIVE MINUS 50 STARS IF I COULD!!!!!!! After updating to Apple IOS 14.5 when trying to open the app I get a message that says, "iPassword needs to be updated. The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of IOS." We are unable to contact the developer. The program worked great until it suddenly became unavailable after my phone updated to version 14.5."
Lost YEARS of passwords!

When my phone automatically updated to iOS 14.7.1, ALL of my data on the app was lost because the developer hasn’t kept it updated. I had years of passwords and banking data lost. I cannot get the developer to respond via the provided email link. I know I’m not the only one this has happened to. I am lost without this information.

This app was great and kept all my info I needed safe but when the last update happened the developer gave no warning that it would not be compatible with IOS 14.5 and I lost everything!

I purchased the pro version of this app years ago and used it extensively. The owner stopped supporting the app so they could dump the entire current user base and force everyone to purchase it again! Because they stopped updating it, I could not open it anymore in newer versions of my operating system. To me this should be illegal, it seems like embezzlement and they should be prosecuted for misleading thousands of users into thinking they purchased a lifetime license. Today I saw that there was an update option; however, when I tried it my whole application was deleted and I lost everything from the previous app… it was useless anyway but I was hoping someday they would update it. I’ve been using RoboForm ever since they stopped supporting this app. I’d say if you use this app, even if you purchased a license… stop now and transfer your license to some other app like RoboForm before the developers have a chance to do this again! Incidentally, RoboForm also syncs your logins with your Laptop or Desktop PC.
