LOST ALL MY PASSWORDS!!!

All passwords I had on the previous version have been deleted after the “updated” the app. It wasn’t an update it was a brand new app.. the older version now no longer opens bc it’s not compatible!!! I have 10 years worth of passwords on this app and they’re all GONE!!!!!

I had the old app. And with all the iPhone updates it rendered the iPassword app unusable and they didn’t update it, but they created a new one. Which is this one. But all my passwords are in an old app that I cannot update or open. So dozens of passwords I can’t see. Real pain.

I’ve updated this app every time it had an update and after this last one the icon changed color. Now the app won’t work and I’ve lost all my passwords

I have been using this app for years. It has worked fine. On the last update, I had difficulty updating. Now it tells me I need to uodate to pro to add more passwords. No warning. NOT happy!!

Have been using this app for some time, nothing fancy but works. In the new IPhone Software update, all of a sudden and without any warning, the app no longer works… it doesn’t load cos it doesn’t work with the new software, and there is no new update available. Have been super frustrated with the after mass as you can imagine. The developer should be banned and ashamed of themselves for this outcome!

Used prior version of this app until 14.5 iOS upgrade which caused the app to no longer function. Now I can’t get my passwords nor can I add them to this new app very upset.

I was using iPassword religiously and thought I was being responsible and I depended on the product. iPhone update 14.5 and I lost access to all my passwords.

Have had this app for about 10+ years, this app works great, used to be called “iPassword” They do not update or support the older version, I would recommend find someone else, saves you lots of headaches in the future. The original app only works on the old iOS version. 2 weeks later App say wants 9.99 to continue using it, not happening, support stinks, still have not heard back from these losers.

The developer won’t update the old version - with no warning - I CANNOT ACCESS YEARS OF PASSWORDS. Awful. I’m sure it will happen again. Protect yourself. Choose a different app.

I used to love this app! When the last update to the iPhone came out, the app wasn’t working. Well now that it is, I can’t restore my pro version that I paid for and every time I email them, they never respond! I feel scammed.
