Closed captioning.

We enjoy the programming on Paramount +. For those of us whose hearing is limited, why is closed captioning not available? It would enhance our enjoyment of the shows.


Great but keeps crashing

I like this app and my kids love the Nickelodeon option but for the last few days it immediately crashes whenever you start to play something, and sometimes even before then. Please fix ASAP.

Every time I try and watch certain series I have to wait almost a full week to watch it. I keep getting f an error message “Error, Unfortunately, an error occurred during playback. Please try again. My internet is working, my speed is great, all my other streaming apps work flawlessly. Getting very frustrated with paramount + almost to the point of delete.


Everything cropped

How do you make this miserable app not crop everything? Even the new South Park specials are cropped! Watching on an iPad. EVERYTHING IS CROPPED, the sides are CUT OFF. There’s no option in settings. Nothing online except people complaining. WHERE IS THE SOLUTION? THIS IS NOT HARD, BUT YOUVE MADE SIMPLE THINGS IMPOSSIBLE.

As I can see ever since the app has existed it is having the same problems over and over crashing error messages black screens and to this date none of those issues have been fixed I would have given it zero stars but sine i had to pick one I gave it 1 star has a lot of good content but it is not worth the headache will have to cancel if nothing is done soon to fix these bugs will be reporting to BBB you have not even tried to fix the problems or your team dose not know what they are doing


Does not work

The app just does not work. I bought the premium subscription so I can download shows to watch in the gym while I work out. This feature did not work, as soon as one episode finished downloading, and it starts on the second, it gets rid of my pervious downloads. So, for me, it’s impossible to download more than one episode at a time. And it’s almost impossible to get a human to help. If I could give it no stars I would. Canceling my subscription


Glitches always getting kicked out

I’ve never been so frustrated with an app before. And it happens on every device. Several times during one show I’ll have to get out and go back in. And even still it’s glitchy and won’t show the home page or something weird. It’s been on going since I downloaded the app. Enough to make me end my subscription.


Ok enough Selection, User Interface is Trash

Apple air play won’t connect until you start playing it on your phone first, but can’t hit the Apple AirPlay icon until an ad plays. Once it’s done you can connect but then the same ad will play again on the TV without skipping. Audio issues keep happening too, slight distortion even in the Ads. Not sure what it is but has only happened with Paramount+. Also the search feature is not good enough to find things like Nature or Animal documentaries. Overall a lot of content that I isn’t very interesting looking, lots of old or obsolete shows/movies, few and far between any Blockbusters or hit movies.
