Always crashing

There are frequent fatal errors and it would be nice to go to the more info of the stuff you advertise so i can get a description. Nice to see old school nickelodeon though

I remember when pay cable tv was first introduced and loved it because it eliminated commercials. Lately the pay tv services have all gone pay plus to have a commercial free experience. We love watching our favorite shows on Paramount + the day after airing on the networks for that reason and gladly pay for it. Our only gripe is the buffering when first starting the app on our smart Samsung tv and the occasional unknown error code which dumps back to the main screen. Other than this, which never happens on Netflix, Prime or Peacock it remains our go-to streaming service! It would be great though to eliminate the advertised shows and let us go directly to a user selected launch point. Thanks.
Constantly crashing

I have been using this app for a while on my iPhone and the last couple weeks, it’s been crashing with a fatal error. One specific show crashes in the last few minutes of every episode, guaranteed. It typically crashes at least once at some other point in the show. So disappointed.

I love the content on here. It is great, but the app itself is very frustrating. It runs poorly on my phone, my smart cast on my tv and my apple tv. It would get 5 stars if it worked like the other streaming apps.

TV app and phone app are absolutely HORRIBLE. Laggy and will not let you rewind/fast forward without freezing up and having to close out, re-open the app, and find your spot again in the show. Would give 0 stars if possible. Y’all seriously need to get some better tech people. Update: The developer responds with troubleshooting tips! How nice!! HOW ABOUT YOU FIX THE ISSUE SO I DON’T HAVE TO TROUBLESHOOT? There’s an idea.
Poor performance

Very disappointed with the performance of Paramount +. Our family streams Amazon, Netflix, HULU and DirecTV Stream with no issues. With Paramount + when it works, it works fine, but majority of the time it just buffers to the point we just switch to another streaming apps that works. I would not recommend this streaming service, not worth the money.
