App has never worked

Had this for over a year. Champions league and Seria A stream at 720p maximum and even the replays don’t reach 1080p. Also shows stop playing after 5 mins if you open another app and gives a “fatal error”. The price should be cut in half considering how badly this app is made.

Keeps crashing!!!

Since we got this app, we haven’t been able to watch ANY show or movie, in its entirety, without the app crashing!!!! Restarting doesn’t work and their customer service is never available!!!!

Terrible streaming

Trying to watch shows on this app is next to impossible. It try’s to buffer every minute or less. Our internet connection is fine and all other streaming apps don’t have any issue with buffering. Not worth the money!

OK so I like to start by saying the good thing about the Paramont is that they do you have great shows clear everything bad thing is I’m not paying for something if I can’t watch it from my home it says every time I try to watch something from my home that it is a fatal error and that it is not available to be watched where my location is so with that being said I am not gonna pay for it but I would’ve love to have it because it has really good shows like I said that I really want to see and really want to watch but point being is if you’re gonna have somebody pay for something you should have it available everywhere no matter what their location is!

You pay for premium so you have no ads. But some gas bag executive figures “an ad for our own service doesn’t count” so you get a 40s unskippable ad before most videos. Now you may say “that’s not the apps fault” ah but your wrong. This hurts the app experience, so now instead of hitting play and then broadcasting via Apple TV or chrome cast I have to wait for the ad to end. Fix it and fire this executive. Another issue is that on Apple TV it never remembers your close caption setting, so you have to set that every time as well. Edit: the developer responded and told me to get the premium plan. Minus another star for reading comprehension. “You pay for premium so you have no ads”. I have premium and I still get promotional ads. Your executives aren’t counting ads for your own content even though the app will display “playing ad 1 of 2”. An ad is an ad, prime does this too but at least on prime I can skip it and it’s not on EVERY episode I play. Prime also made no “ad version” vs “no ad version” of the service. So at least they are snakes.
