This version doesn't work

Agreed to annual fee. App does not recognize that I did so. Tried reinstalling without success.

I subscribed to the app with a one year subscription 2 months ago. Now the app won't run unless I buy another subscription. I've sent two customer service emails about it. Nobody will respond to my message. Note: I almost never wrote reviews here but I think the actions of this vendor are worthy of warning other people.

I paid for a 1-year subscription and when the app was updated it removed it, and it still has not been fixed. Used to be such a great app for getting rid of junk mail, now it doesn't work.

. Can't log on, no emails to reset the password. Checked my spam folder and there was the link! Works great now !got rid of three things already. Hope I really never get that mail again

Delete and reinstall to restore in-app purchase

Paid for a 1-year subscription, and with the latest update, I couldn't restore it. Deleting and reinstalling the app fixed it. Overall, a decent service so far. Only about 70% of requests go through. Customer service was no help in figuring out the IAP issue though.

As many have already stated, this app was great when it was working but now it just asks the user to pay for a new subscription. I paid for a 1 year subscription in January and now it says that my subscription expired in 1970. I have tried to contact the developer with no success. There is no contact link on their website and the only way to send them as message seems to be on their Facebook page.

I have sent so many emails asking them to address this and have received NO response. I paid for 1 year of unsubscribes and it worked for a month before saying I had not paid. Plenty of functional alternatives like Catalogue Choice, DMA choice, and others.

Loved this before they started charging. I don't have a problem paying for it but it hasn't worked since they charged. I've been charged twice and I can't unsubscribe from anything. PREVIOUS REVIEW: A friend recommended this to me when we moved into a new apt that received PILES of junk mail, catalogs, etc from many previous tenants. I am diligently submitting everything I can into this app and so far it's gotten rid of a lot. I just wish there was a mail equivalent of the do-not-call registry. I also would love to find a good way to recommend this app to the 50+ other units in my building.

Double charged for annual renewal and still does not work

I used to like this app, but apparently it's been abandoned. I have been charged twice for my annual renewal and the app refuses to work.
