Not worth the new price

I purchased this app and now it's not working for me. I have sent 3 emails to customer support over the past 3 weeks, and I am not getting any responses.
Wouldnt mind a one time fee

Sept. 2, 2016 Used when it was free. Only worked on 25% of request. Would pay annual fee up to $5. Over valued at $24.

It's easy to use and most ones that I submit are successful ? Note: I have called companies manually on the phone before in the past to stop sending me mail and many of them say it takes 4 to 8 weeks before the mail stops coming to you so I am guessing that it won't instantly stop. I will give it a few months and be patient before I judge how well this app works. By the way I was able to contact the maker of this app within this app. It's like a chat style communication. They did respond after a day or so. Just have to go back there to check. I am happy to pay a few bucks to support these app makers. Yeah I heard it used to be free but they have to charge someday or how can they stay in Biz.

Used to be a great app, but now every attempt to unsubscribe junk mail gets stuck in the "pending" state. I'm still getting the same junk mail. Cancelling my PaperKarma membership.

Used to work great, now they sort half my junk mail to the same INCORRECT entity and ignore every communication I make asking them to fix the issue. Absolutely unacceptable for an app I had to pay to use. Who ignores multiple reasonable contacts from a paying customer?
Liked It While It Was Free

I’ll be honest, I liked it when it was free, but it is not something that I feel is worth paying for. Once you eliminate the most common offenders, the harder ones are left, and they are not often recognized by PaperKarma.

I also paid for a one year subscription only to have the app state that my subscription expired in 1969. No customer support response. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau for fraud.
Subscription Expired date

The newest version of the app supposed to fix Subscription Expired date error, but my app started to occur the error since I updated. Subscription Expired date shows 1970-01-01 and I can't even restore purchase
