New iPad. The game will not load off of the first loading page. It’s a waste of money.

Complicated

Brahahahha

If you’re looking for an overly complicated game with too many options then this is the game for you. Otherwise I’d look for something else.

Pandemic

Probably the most frustrating game I've ever played. I do not see how anyone ever wins.

Great game, buggy app

If the active player changes while scrolling through the cards in your hand (on right) then the hand window disappears and can only be reopened by restarting app. This happens on both iOS and android version of app. The game often Locks up on the splash screen. Killing the app sometimes seems to fix it.

Online Multiplayer?

I bought this game thinking I would be able to play with friends on separate phones instead of a pass and play style game. I think it would be a lot cooler if you were able to connect to your friends to play the game when you aren’t near each other, so you could play anywhere/anytime.

Slam dunk, into the garbage

I’ve played Pandemic the board game for years. I was excited to find this on iPhone recently. Although the app appears and functions very much like the board game, card “randomization” does not exist. After playing through the game a few times it now automatically delivers the same infection card where an epidemic had just occurred. Over and over again.

Great game with two problems

I love playing this game. Unfortunately when I upgraded to the iPhone 8, the resolution of the game changed, and now viewing the game board is awkward and requires a lot of previously unnecessary scrolling. With over a year since the last update, I’m hoping this doesn’t mean the developer has given up on the game. Second problem is with the event card called “special orders,” which doesn’t work in the mobile game—nothing happens when I play it, I can’t move any pawns other than the active player’s.

Great game, but a couple suggestions

randallp10

I love this game and how they kept it so similar to the board game. There’s a few complaints I have that prevented me from giving it 5 stars: 1. Battery usage - this game uses a ton of battery and it doesn’t take long before it has a noticeable effect. 2. Unfair AI? - I’ve seen other comments about how the AI just seems to pull these magical cards that crush your game right when you’re about to win. There’s no way I can prove it, but I’ve noticed multiple that it just seems impossible that all of a sudden I’m getting epidemics and outbreaks right before I win. 3. No iPhone X support - this game looks like it was made for the iPhone 5. I have large amounts of black space on either side of my phone when playing. 4. Victory mode - there’s a lot of comments about this too. If you cure all the diseases, it would be nice to keep playing to see how far you could get towards eradicating everything.

Great game compared to the board game, but a few suggestions/requests.

I love the digital version of Pandemic since I don’t have the board game. It’s so similar. But could you release an update that would make the “introductory” level a bit easier? Even on this level I feel like it’s much harder than the same level of play against the actual board. Ive played this game almost obsessively for months, with the expansion pack for more characters, and have still yet to win a single game. Epidemics happen almost every 2 turns. Could you also update the settings to allow it so that the steps for infections, epidemics, and outbreaks could happen all at once? Having to watch the game go through every city its touching is time consuming and I would rather just play the game. It would be nice to click the button once and just see the total effect of that stage all at once rather than clicking the continue button so many times. Online multiplayer would also be really cool! Otherwise, I love this game and think it’s well worth the buy!

Fun and addictive
