Great when it works; unfortunately that’s almost never

Constantly loses connection with the camera. Had it work once for 15 minutes straight, and I thought it was fantastic. Otherwise, I can get about 1-2 minutes out of it before it loses the connection.

I cannot even connect to the camera. I have no password, and yet the app continues to ask for one. I’ve reset the network settings and still nothing.

THE OPTION TO HAVE THIS APP IS A GOOD THING FOR THOSE THAT MAY NOT BE ABLE TO INVEST IN AN EXTERNAL MONITOR. HOWEVER, PERFORMANCE ISSUES ASIDE, THIS APP NEEDS FULL SCREEN VIEWING. THE SOONER THE BETTER.

This app connects to the camcorder for all of 5 seconds before it loses connection. Not sure if app or camcorder is to blame.

Managed to get it connected and send one image to my iPhone then it disconnected & refused to connect again... took half the time to take the SD card out & put it in the card reader

After paying over $2K on Panasonic LUMIX camera and lenses only to find the remote app is worthless. Wanted to perform astrophotography but so many issues with the remote app. Imagine the possibilities if it worked as well as the LUMIX hardware. Please update and address the known issues. Thank you.

Can’t transfer image over WiFi

If Apple allowed Zero Stars, this app would surely get more than its fair share. It randomly stops transferring selections in Batch mode...even though ALL SELECTIONS WORK WHEN INDIVIDUALLY CHOSEN. What good is a Batch Mode if it’s just going to fail EVERY TIME? Please entertain these suggestions: 1) MAKE BATCH MODE WORK WITHOUT RANDOMLY FAILING! 2)Don’t tell me that there might be a problem displaying the image/video...I KNOW THAT THEY WILL DISPLAY CORRECTLY AS I HAVE ALREADY CHECKED! 3) Allow ALL FORMATS to be downloaded. You have NO IDEA what my phone can and cannot display or what apps I am using to view or tweak those images/videos!

Screen is the wrong size, barely functions

This app has not been updated in months. On my iPhone X, the app screens are all the wrong size and the buttons are squished in the corner. Please update!

“Select All” Photos Check Box Doesn’t Work

Works great for controlling and transferring photos to my phone via Wi-Fi. The only problem I’m having is trying to use the “Select All” check box to select all the photos to transfer to iPhone X. I cannot check the box. So if I have 12 photos to transfer, I have to tap the check box on 12 photos to transfer them all. This is very frustrating! Could you please fix this? Also, the transfer process is very slow!
