I wish I could share via WiFi because I've been sharing my photos by SD card to laptop to individually saving photos on my phone. So, I've been trying out the app in accordance to the camera's WiFi direct connect settings but it is throwing me in circles by asking me to connect to WiFi on my camera, then to join the SSID on my phone, then when I go back to the app, it asks me to connect with WiFi again despite already being connected. Once I hit this screen, I'm forced to either connect again and repeat the cycle or cancel the connection entirely. I'll keep trying to figure it out but very confusing on my part.

I have been unable to view the pictures on the app nor have I been able to download more than one picture at time. Instead, the app crashes with stunning regularity and that is the only consistent thing about this app. This makes using the camera an unpleasant experience. Seriously Panasonic, you are a multi-billion dollar company this app shows a lack of awareness for your customers. Very disappointing.

Now I can’t delete pictures via the app. It was an easy way for me to weed out bad pictures. How annoying. Why remove simple, useful, functions??

Playback is horrible. UI is horribly designed. Not intuitive. Should be much easier. Panasonic, get your stuff together. Shameful.

Previously this app only had bad user experience, which I could stand. Now panasonic brought this bad user experience to a whole new level — why on earth keep asking for location permission? And why you removed the delete function? Now I can’t delete photos and videos from my phone using this app!

Despite numerous attempts to get this app to allow me to download pics from my camera to my iOS devices, it generally is not user friendly. After so many versions of this app, Panasonic still cannot get it right. What does that say about Panasonics interest in retaining their customer base???

This is just awful. My phone had a good strong signal from the camera but the app would disconnect from the camera constantly, and I was three feet away. Yes, I have an iPhone X, but the same thing happened with my iPad so I can’t blame the phone. Why, oh why, did they make this app? If you actually had a use for a remote this would be a disappointment, at best. On the plus side it doesn’t cost anything.

I purchased DC-ZS200 because of the great camera reviews. Auto Bluetooth was important. I spent thee hours trying to get this app to work. Got repeated messages that it could not connect. Finally got Wi-Fi to partially work. It slowly transferred 3 of 4 test pictures from camera. One pic transferred with no image. I could never get Bluetooth to work even though it occasionally said it was paired. Customer service is useless waste of time. I returned camera.

I have to admit I was surprised that this worked flawlessly!
