I cannot understand how is possible to keep a service that does not work and charge $46 so efficiently. This is a robbery.
Ok I lost my dry suit certification. But really? One database read costs 37 bucks? Is this how u treat customers?
Still a terrible app as the reviews describe it a year ago. Don’t understand why I have to purchase an e-card?? I paid for the course and became certified recently and received a physical copy, why would I have to pay for a digital copy? I have never encountered another company that charged for a digital copy of a certification that one received. Should be free if you are a member.
I was excited to be able to use an app to access my c cards. When I went to load/ buy the cards I was stunned by the price: $46. Really???? The rest of the app seems useful, but the one thing I need it for was stupid expensive.
Where to start. Even after paying the absurd amount for the e-cards (yes I know I could have taken a picture of my cards) the app crashes EVERY time you try to bring them up. The PADI library feature is a joke to try to read on a phone as they have not optimized the font for phones. Come on, guys. Get it together.
