Horrible!!!

I love PADI but this app and the website both are extremely poor and I can't believe this is the best they can do. Consistent errors on both, no ability properly login, no eCards as have been advertised since 2016. No real tech support either. This is just worthless and very frurstrating all the waty around. PADI is a global organization and the leader in the dive industy but the tech is from 1995.

I've been with PADI sense I got 'certed in 2005. They prove to me more and more that they are just a money organization for draining the pockets or tourists and eco-enthusiasts. The eCard is 45$! More than buying a new physical dive card? And I've been waiting for several hours after purchasing and the app still states I have no eCard on file... I found myself in a location while traveling for work to go dive and sense I've been waiting for this "instant" access to my dive card the trip filled up. Thanks for nothing PADI. I will aiming to get a feet through NAUI or SSI this summer when I get the chance.

The app looks great. But my husband tried to create an account put in his diver number and it said that the number was already in use. Well duh it's his number. Please fix this problem.

I thought this app would be helpful for determining specific characteristics of specific dive sites. This app does not tell you very basic things such as shore dive versus boat dive. The photo icon does not reveal any photos. The app looks great but it just doesn't really do anything useful. When I pick a dive site from the map and press the info link it would be great if I could read other peoples' descriptions of the dive site. It does not do this. I hope further development is underway because at this stage it's a real disappointment.

To get an e-card, the app directs you to a link that doesn't exist. The website, when you find the e-card section, directs you back to the useless app. There's no certification/student # lookup. The offered tools are....not useful. The social section takes you to a nonexistent page. It's really just an app with embedded browser access. There's really no utility to this app whatsoever. Removing!!!

Purchased Elearning. It wont let me in. No support. Reset still cnat get in .. Very outdated. Very slow. Horrible.

This is a terrible app. Not only do you have to sign up for another site to log your dives but it keeps having errors on a few of the buttons at the bottom. Padi diver since 2011 and I suggest they revamp this app.
