Useless for getting eCards

Got an e-mail from PADI that I should download the eCards I’m entitled to via this app. However, the app signals an error, giving me a useless generic answer that I should contact PADI.

This could be so wonderful to have however it rarely works, when it does, you have to sign in again and again to scuba earth, could be a great tool if it was actually some correctly

The app keeps crushing on e-cards. The app is not as expected. Need some updates, link fix , and firebase. Good luck

Outdated UI, bad security practice (saw my password in the clear on an error page), broken links, this is one of the worse apps I’ve ever seen.

Not very functional. Very slow. Basically connects to the PADI website. Come on PADI it's 2018! Make a good app!
Needs a lot of work

Needs a lot of work, and, it has for years. I’m beginning to wonder if they will ever try to fix their issues. The only thing this app is good for is viewing you eCard. I’m not sure any of the other functions actually work. The dive log can’t find any dive sites or dive shops, and, won’t let you proceed without doing so.

Quite literally the worst app I have ever downloaded. It is so full of adds and attempts to sell you things that it is unnavigable. Anything it would have been useful for just comes up with error messages or takes you to another broken site.

You Charged me way too much for the eCard. Now it appears you’ve given up on it. Links from the app go to your 404 page not found page. I paid enough that I wonder if we should be talking about a class action lawsuit.
PADI App is awful

This is an awful app. I have entered my dive log info into this app twice and it has deleted it twice. Ecard was also deleted. If PADI is truly associated with this app, then they should be embarrassed and delete the app or fix it. Every option has issues. If your dive information is important to you, then DONT get this app.
