I have waited literally WEEKS for withdrawals to be processed! I finally called them to release my last withdrawal after 10 days, was put on hold for a very long time, then told my withdrawal had been released. The withdrawal then disappeared from my “pending withdrawals” but after another 5 days, has yet to be credited to my bank account! They are real good at taking the money OUT of your account but lousy at putting your winnings back IN your account. When I called to ask where that withdrawal went, the customer representative informed me they had NO record of ANY withdrawal! I’m now missing $100 in winnings that they have no record of! This should be illegal! Shame on you PA Lottery!

Here’s how it works..... you deposit via credit card or ach and then play. Play any game you want. However if you win, good luck seeing your money. It takes 7 to sometimes 14 days to get your winnings. Absolutely ridiculous.

My favorite app is now being deleted from my iPhone until I see changes made. I used the app so much they sent me a credit card to play ilottery. I don't know if the app can keep up with the latest iOS updates or it's just becoming absolute, but hopefully it will be fixed soon. I am trying a new app for the time being, but all the tax money we pay this app should give you the winners a day early instead it just doesn't work!!!

I had to delete it twice off my phone because it jammed up and froze on me. When it works it’s great but it needs updated to get the bugs out.
Withdraw takes forever

Withdraw Says it will take 1-3 days but sometimes it takes weeks. Customer service is no help. They are great at taking your money for deposit but takes endless amount of time to get money back. Let’s you win then takes your money for a long time before winning again.

This app keeps acting weird. It will only let me check my tickets to see if I won but every time I just click on any other links it’ll say connection loss but I make sure several times my Internet connection is not lost. my Internet connection is not lost something wrong with this app
