Works fine.

Not sure why all the complaints. I never have issues with the app working. That said, Touch ID login would be a great addition or the ability to stay logged in.

No transparency, no apologies

This app basically displays the issues of government control and monopoly. Terrible pay rate (but is the only game in town), terrible crashing app with shotty optimization. Could be down for a whole week and no news or updates. Guy who was doing tech support didn’t even know the entire app was down for days last thanksgiving and now the app just doesn’t work (been trying to open it for about a week) but hey how can anyone complain: government = no accountability

Players Beware! Warning! This really happened!

Given the amount of space allowed to write a review, I’ll try and sum up my real experience with this app and provide as much details and explanation as possible to hopefully prevent this from happening to anyone else... as long as you are not convinced under a common misconception that this couldn’t happen to you or it doesn’t actually happen cause this is the Pennsylvania Lottery and a “secure” trusted source. If so, it’ll only be a similar experience that involves you that will make you a believer. My lottery account deposit patterns were very predictable in smaller amounts of $10, $25, $30, and once $50, which was the highest ever deposit amount I had ever made at once. Some days I’d total $60 for the day, and it usually stayed close to that on the days I would play, but the most ever total deposited was $120. It was one time and I’ve never went over that in a 24 hour period. I spent more than I’d have liked, but that’s the game. Win some lose some more. I had two favorite games that I would play most often and it was jungle tumble and frosty fun. I became convinced that the algorithms used for all games seemed as if you could only start seeing wins after logging so much time into that game and then, it would let you win just enough to fool you into thinking you just might get somewhere and most times, you lose anyways. So, one night, I was doing well on frosty fun and had played several hours and when I decided to quit for the night, I had won $140 and chose to withdrawal funds. That is when the real testing begins. After five days, still no deposit into my confirmed PayPal account of the $140 request, I emailed support. I get a strange email from some New Jersey Casino company requesting proof of my PayPal account using my debit card linked to the bank account linked to the PayPal address. Strange, I thought. You never needed proof to take funds out of any method of payment I ever used to deposit into my ilottery account, but now when I want to take my winnings, suddenly proof is required. So I called the number from the email and spoke to someone who knew nothing and had no idea why I would have rec an email from them, until the end of the call when I mentioned pa lottery app. Then, it must’ve dawned on him that they were the services and affiliated with the PA lottery and this was in regard to my withdrawal request. He said I had to reply to the email with front and back pics of my debit card before I could have those funds deposited. But, why my debit card? My debit card was not even listed on the PayPal acct, just the bank account number. So how could the debit card have proven anything if nothing linked it to the PayPal account? But I didn’t realize that at the time. So I sent over the proof necessary and finally after a week had those funds in the PayPal account. It was one day later, the activity began to surface. I didn’t notice til it was too late, but more and more debits started hitting my bank from my debit card from Pa lottery app in the same increments as my previous deposits. Over the course of 3 weeks, there was over 1600$ paid to this app via PayPal and debit card transactions. Some of that was legit. However, most of it was unauthorized and done using my debit card after it was requested for proof before they’d release my winnings. So, I spent countless hours and sifting through emails and bank statements and PayPal trans and started the dispute process with my bank. Huge pain in the a**. I haven’t yet been able to dispute all the ones in question because once the bank had informed pa lottery app of the transactions in dispute, my pa ilottery account was immediately blocked from access. I can’t access anything to compare with my bank statements or PayPal account which transactions were legit and which ones were fraudulent. Blocked! No limited access no access to previous activity just blocked! I could keep going and into further detail, but there’s not enough space and time to explain the whole story, and there is even more unbelievable things that took place in this mishap I didn’t mention that are quite interesting. But, if I could, I would include proof of everything with documents and screenshots that you’d have no choice but to believe it. If you’d like to know more, I’d be glad to share because this happened to me and it may happen to you as well. Use this app with extreme caution and don’t fool yourself into believing that it’s reputation is some kind of account for being trustworthy. Once they find out you have reported it, you’ll be banned from the site because they stole your money and you caught them, now you’re not allowed to see your account and any prior transactions. Not to mention, if you had a balance in your pa lottery account upon being blocked, well that money is also gone. They stole that too. What can’t be taken from you in losing their rigged games, will be taken another way somehow. Good luck everyone. Hopefully someone does something about the sheer theft that occurs when using this app!

Worst App Ever

I have used this app for scanning purchased Powerball and Megamillions lottery tickets for some time. It was OK for that. Then I tried depositing a little money to try online purchases of the same tickets. It crashed many times during this process and it ended up taking double what I wanted to start with. After about an hour of frustration, I thought I would just do a quick pick for Megamillions, saw the numbers, two dollars was taken, but then saw no “virtual ticket” or any real good confirmation of the play. DO NOT UPLOAD ANY MONEY TO THIS APP!!! I am still waiting for the withdrawal I did yesterday to zero out account!

Horrible

Sledneck43

Only thing this app is good for is checking tickets with the camera scanner. Glitchy. It freezes. Locks up. Registration failed the first try. Have to keep logging in. No Face ID auto fill on login credentials. Time delay after purchasing “draw games” like... 5 hours. Played around 7 for Saturdays power ball, ticket didn’t show up until this morning for Wednesday’s draw ? Don’t bother..

Poor UI on IPhone 11

swayde620

The menu icons at the top of the page become unresponsive, because they eventually shift up to the very top of the screen where the time, signal bars and battery level are on the screen. Aside from swiping down to access the control center and notification panel, these areas of the iphone screen arent responsive to touches. It happens if you go back to the main games lobby screen after playing a game.

Bad news

Trouble with everything. Got a withdraw twice. I need to never go on again! Now I can’t even send a review.no stars....

Terrible

Manofsteele123

Bought into this trying to play powerball last minute and it doesn’t even have a way to view the numbers you pick or anything. Waste of time. I do not recommend.

On line play

I can’t even get the official app to work. I put 200 in the account and don’t know how to get it back. Or how to play. My bad for falling for it Really bad

Horrible

Easily one of the worst apps ive ever seen. Scan tickets twice to be able to scroll down. Wont let you sign in half of the time. Layout is also bad.
