Crashes, doesn’t stay logged in, asks for too much sensitive personal information, glitchy. Will you hire an app designer? Awful.

As the title states this app does not work right at all. You spend more time closing out the app and signing back in than anything. On top of that they just steal your money. You will never keep any earnings if you do win any amount of money unless you withdraw right away. You cannot do that any easy way but you can deposit with a big red button very easy. The win/loss ratio is absolutely ridiculous spend 10cents to win 8.Beware don’t get lured in by free money to start the second you deposit you won’t win anything again!!

Fix this application please! You used to be able to scan your ticket and click the button to enter the second chance drawing and it would import the ticket information, you would check all the boxes, hit enter and be done. Now when you click to enter the second chance it takes you to the login page, refuses to let you login, Times out multiple times, loops you back to the login screen for another round of ridiculous insanity, then tells you it’s an internal error. It’s rubbish and nonsense! Dec 2019 update. It’s broken again!

This app makes things very convenient for its users. Especially with the second chance feature of the app. All I have to do is scan an eligible ticket, check off that I don’t work for the Pennsylvania Lottery or Scientific Games and submit the entry. It’s also beneficial for checking to see if a ticket is a winner or not. On top of that, the app allows you to stay logged into the Second Chance option on the app through your VIP account for a decent amount of time too. Overall, I would recommend the use of this app because it makes things very efficient for any user.

This has been down for over two weeks , I called to let them know and was told someone would fix the issue , still cannot get the Lottery app on my IPhone

App keeps crashing, called help desk at lottery headquarters and reported on the app issues and no fix yet??????? Even stopped iplay. Won’t get anymore money from me

Geo location never works properly. Always says cant be sure im in PA. So Can never log on and play the first attempt unless using my laptop. Ive been on chat several times to try and resolve but keep being told its my isp. Even when i do finally log on it freezes up and buffers nonstop. Shuts down in the middle of playing and have to start over with login ect. quick to take money from accounts, but not so quick with paying it out. Min of two wks. Im ready to ditch palottery totally and stick with casino sites. Not having problems with them.
