Takes forever to load

Whenever I launch the app it loads forever. And when I try to view any transactions it never loads. Even if you close the app, and all other apps it still doesn’t load. Extremely frustrating.

Majority of time on login I get the swirl of doom. Never loads. Have to use computer to login or husbands phone. Really frustrating.

The new update is definitely a step backwards. So much harder to use and not user friendly at all. Credit card transactions are not up to date and are not in descending chronological order like they used to be. The checking and savings accounts are also not up to date with transactions. And I have no idea how to make a payment on my loan, the option doesn’t come up when the loan is selected. I have no idea how this app made it through development.**update** the app still doesn’t work well, most times I get the spinning wheel and can never get anything accomplished with the app. I end having to log in to the full website, which I am now unable to do from my iPad because it redirects me to the app.

Never had issues logging in till the update. Can we have the old version back please?? This is terribly frustrating!!!

This new update is awful. It looks more aesthetically pleasing but the actual functions never work. It crashes when I try to log in, when I try to transfer money, when I try to pay my credit card. It has a lot of problems that desperately need to be addressed.

I thought TVA’s app crashed too much, but this is at an all time high! I just became a member last week and this is not a good online banking app.

Please make the app functional for the iPhone 10. I do all my bank transfers on the app and now that I have a new phone I can no longer do this.

Update 02/22/2019: I called the number in the developer response below and they helped me get the app working as normal! I love the update and the app is easy to use and very convenient. Thank you so much for all the great customer care and support, one of the many reasons I continue to bank with this organization!!! I have used this app daily to check my balance and transfer money between checking and savings for a very very long time. I recently upgraded to the iPhone XS Max and now the app doesn’t function at all. I can’t even get into my account. I really hope that this is remedied in an upcoming update because I love this app and have never had an issue until now with it. I hate to give it such a low rating because I’ve used it so frequently until recently. Once I can use the app again, I will rate accordingly but for now this app is unusable for me.
