They no longer delivered and stoled my money. Won't refund me and didn't pay the restaurant. I had no idea it was being delivered until I called the restaurant 2 hours later.

They have a poor social media presence, they don't respond to emails promptly, food generally arrives lukewarm, and I miss F.L.U.C.!!!!!!!!
Convenient, and they stand behind it

The app is very convenient and works well. I had a problem with a restaurant where I placed the order, and OrderAhead had issued credit within minutes. Issues happen, and I really appreciate them standing behind it. Great app.

My favorite Chinese restaurant started using Order Ahead Delivery last year. So I switched over. It was never as sophisticated looking an app as Grubhub or Uber Eats. But it worked. Until now. Order Ahead has stopped doing delivery, only scheduling Pick-ups. Totally useless. Their customer service has fallen way off as well. Time to uninstall. Don't waste your time downloading this app!

When you want to save time, use Orderahead to place your order and food will be ready for pick up when you come by. Don't have to wait on hold on the phone or hassle with the line. And when you want Philz this is magic. Your coffee will be waiting for you and you can walk past everyone else who has been waiting and waiting!
They no longer deliver

This company no longer delivers as of 4 days ago. They did not make it clear and now are unwilling to reimburse me. I will be calling my credit card company to file a complaint.
Refused to fulfill order

I placed an order at a sushi restaurant and 20 minutes later, when I was almost there, order ahead calls to tell me the menu was wrong and that it would be double the price.
