I rarely write reviews but I want to spare other people the aggravation of this app. The menus and restaurant hours are inaccurate. This app doesn't streamline the process of ordering food. It complicates and renders it more frustrating. Save yourself a headache and just call the restaurant directly. I suspect the designers are simply trying to gather buying info because they certainly aren't providing a service.

If you're feeling adventurous, go ahead and use this app. If you like getting what you ordered and paid for, skip it and use an alternative. The only two times I ordered delivery through OrderAhead, I received incorrect items. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. The items I ordered are actually on the restaurants' menus, so it is beyond me how these things could have gotten so mixed up. I cannot for the life of me understand how an order of white meat chicken translates to chicken wings. If you plan on using OrderAhead for delivery, just skip it. Using it for pickup is fine because at least you can check the order at the restaurant and have them correct any mistakes.

This app will make whatever you order 10-20% more expensive than ordering directly from the restaurant or ordering through seamless. They ADD 10, 15, 20% to EACH menu item and DO NOT indicate that they are doing so. Ridiculous business model. Honestly, if you work at OrderAhead you should probably take a long look in the mirror.

They failed me two days in a row. After the first day, I gave them another chance to redeem themselves, but no. Two strikes you're done.

Have you not heard of "under promise and over deliver?" Tell me 20 minutes and get it to me in 15. Instead of promising 15 and getting it to me in 20....minds will be blown if you do it right. I tried this app for the first time while getting a hunger headache waiting with my mom in the emergency. As soon as she got a room, I downloaded this app, placed my order and looked forward to eating at or around the time my food was estimated to be ready. So far, I have time to write this review of app whackness because that headache is still kicking and my food is apparently still cooking. I don't expect perfection, but if you can't make the food in the time promised, add 5 minutes to the expected completion time.

I will never use this service again. I did not get what I asked for and the driver took the liberty of choosing an alternative item when something I ordered was unavailable. I did not like not want the item he chose. Also they make a space for special instructions, of which they followed none.

Easy to use & convenient!

I use this app all of the time to order ahead at a Mexican restaurant that tends to get quite busy. #timesaver Whether I use this app for pick up or delivery, the food quality/accuracy is always on point. The only time I've ever had an issue with this app was when the restaurant forgot my guac. Luckily for me I'm smart enough to know that this is not the fault of the app. I gave the restaurant a call and they happily worked everything out with me! Will forever love OrderAhead!

I tried OrderAhead the other day for the first time and was pleasantly surprised - it was so easy. They had my favorite restaurant (that no other delivery service offered) and were able to deliver it fresh and quickly. I also had to make a special request and customer support was super friendly! Definitely a must-have app for people who are on the go and who want to try great restaurants.

Whether I'm in a rush or forgot my wallet, OrderAhead gives me the convenience to order some of my favorite things in advance, hassle-free! My favorite spot if Philz Coffee. I can guarantee that my coffee will be nice and fresh upon pick up, and even if Philz is delayed, they are very communicative about it. If you're on the go like the average joe, download this app! Save time and skip the line :D
