Cancellation with no refund

I called the restaurant to cancel my order, but orderahead still charged me. It's annoying that I have to call both of them. Why don't you insert a cancellation method inside the app??

This COULD be a great app but it's so faulty and never works. I've called and sent emails but I get no where. The same issue happens over and over again. Definitely going to let the restaurant know as well!

I use this app almost every other day when I stay at my gf's, since her cooking is terrible. OrderAhead is a lifesaver!!
Needs Apple Pay

Please add Apple Pay. And your mobile app on Yelp doesn't let me log in after signing up.
Lost delivery service :(

After using order ahead for over a year and loving it, they decided to stop the delivery part of it. From now on, 7-8-2016, they are only offering for their customers to order ahead their meals, which then, the customer must pick up at the restaurant. I will use another delivery service now :(
