What a piece of crap

Booked a car rental and a flight a couple months back that now the app does not recognize... Is anyone at the helm QA-ing the piece of crap!!??? Orbitz... Before you rely on developers to make it look pretty... Make sure the app actually works

App is not user friendly, esp. aince Expedia takeover. Cant find lot of information in it and there is no clear option with flight bookings and differentiation to choose business/economy classes.

I think this app stinks.... Bad bad service. Never got a response for my nightmare with Orbitz.

You can no longer apply filters to your search such as pets allowed. I now have to look into the amenities of Each and every listing to see if pets are allowed. This is a complete disaster!! I have been using this service for more than 10 years. I am no longer interested in wasting my time with Orbitz when you can no longer be specific about your search. Sorry but I'm done with Orbitz for hotels until this is corrected. Im much better off using Airbnb that allows me to search these details and not risk staying in a roach motel for the same prices.

I tried to cancel a hotel room, and when I called the lady answered in another language, like an Indian/Pakistani dialect. I said "excuse me!" And then she started to speak in English with a VERY HEAVY accent. I had to ask her to repeat what she said several times. Wouldn't it be better if they had a texting/messaging service, which would be easier to understand?

Updated app experience for renting cars was so fast and easy I actually just stared at the screen for a minute after, like I missed something.
